**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic real estate team as a Front Office Coordinator. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a thriving real estate environment, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information about the real estate services offered.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments and meetings for real estate agents, ensuring efficient use of their time.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- **Communication Hub**: Serve as a central point of communication between real estate agents, clients, and other staff members.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
