**Responsibilities:

**Reception and Greeting**:Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage and maintain a tidy and organized front office area.
**Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Send appointment reminders to clients or guests as needed.
Coordinate conference room bookings and equipment setup if required.
**Visitor Management**:Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.
Ensure compliance with security protocols, including signing in and out for visitors.
**Administrative Support**:Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
**Communication**:Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to the appropriate parties.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, guests, and employees.
**Problem Solving**:Address and resolve minor issues or concerns that may arise at the front desk.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
Operate and troubleshoot office equipment, including printers and copiers.
**Compliance and Security**:Ensure compliance with security procedures and confidentiality policies.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the relevant authorities.
**Language:
- ** English, Hindi and Marathi
**Immediate Joining**
