We are seeking a proactive and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. **Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
