Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Design and develop an innovative menu, keeping up with current food trends and customer preferences.
- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in line with Mody Live Food Court’s reputation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Organize and delegate tasks for efficient workflow.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food.
- Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers as needed to take feedback, address complaints, and make adjustments to menu items as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a multi-cuisine or fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and train kitchen staff.
- Creativity: Ability to create innovative dishes and adapt to customer preferences.
- Time Management: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Food Safety Certification: Knowledge of food safety practices and certifications as per state regulations is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
