**Accounting**:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records (Tally/Zoho or similar software).
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist with income tax compliance.
- Support in preparing financial reports, monthly closing, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with the CA/finance team for timely filings and year-end processes.
**Administration**:
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain client and case files (physical and digital), and ensure document organization.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and internal coordination for lawyers.
- Coordinate with courts, registrars, and other government bodies when necessary.
- Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and support staff.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintain HR records.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
