**Office Admin roles &Responsibilities**
**Front Desk: -**
- Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
- Notice Board Management.
- Maintain a record of visitors/calls and follow appropriate security procedures.
- Organize office Attendance
**Admin: -**
- Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
- Stationery
- Maintain Cabin in time & Out time Register
- Courier Coordination (International & National)
- Pest Control Vendor for Services and renewals.
- Fun Friday / Events Support with HR.
**Management Support: -**
- Manage end-to-end travel requirements for CEO
- Assisting with Accounts for Attendance late marks
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance Vendors
- Manage office supplies across all floors.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
