Job description:
**Position**: Receptionist / Administrator
**Location**:Kollam
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing patient queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and support services
- Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- Support administrative and front-desk operations when required
- Ensure the hospital’s public image is maintained positively and proactively
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Educational Requirement**: Any degree (graduate in any discipline)
- **Experience**: Prior experience in the **Public Relations department** of a hospital or healthcare institution preferred
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of **Tally** will be an added advantage
