**Position: Office Admin/Receptionist**
**Location**: CAMFiN Global Academy, Cochin
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintain office records, manage correspondence, and handle basic documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
- Assist in student enrollment processes, document verification, and database updates.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and procurement.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day office operations efficiently.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented approach.
