**Skills required**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam, Interpersonal skills.
**Self starter who can operate effectively and act independently.**
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Direct the customer to the respective department.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
- Supply guests with directions and property information.
- Follow up to ensure requests have been met.
- Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Manage Guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
