The purpose of a Receptionist/Administrator is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio. Responsible for ensuring that the studio runs smoothly and efficiently, supervises staff, managing client appointments, customer services and complying with safety standards. Works with the studio owner to create marketing and promotional strategies, coordinate events, and manages the Studio's finances. Additionally, also responsible for keeping up with trends, liaising with vendors & suppliers.
