As a Customer Service Representative at NU HOME STUDIO, you'll be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our interior design services, and generating leads. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and establishing relationships with prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our interior design services.
- Use scripts and persuasive techniques to present our company's value proposition effectively.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update call records.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through telemarketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and persistent, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Passion for interior design and a willingness to learn about the industry.
