**About the Role**

Digital Areo manages customer operations for multiple transport services in Australia

and other transport brands. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to

handle calls, chats, and bookings during the morning shift. You will be responsible for

delivering prompt, polite, and accurate assistance to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and chat messages quickly
- Record and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM
- Share fare quotes, payment links, and trip details
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for dispatch updates
- Handle customer concerns and escalate to the manager if needed
- Explain payment, refund, and cancellation policies clearly
- Maintain records and follow communication SOPs
- Support follow up calls and lead conversions when required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in taxi, transport, or hospitality customer service preferred
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
- Confident phone manner and polite tone
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools preferred

**Performance Expectations**
- Answer calls within 1 minute
- Maintain booking accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues during the same shift
