**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Schedule & Time Management**
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate work and personal commitments to maintain a balanced schedule.
- Send timely reminders for important events, including birthdays and medical appointments.
- Book and manage reservations for restaurants, spas, entertainment, and other engagements.

**2. Travel Planning & Logistics**
- Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation for both business and personal travel.
- Organize detailed travel itineraries, including leisure and work-related engagements.
- Handle last-minute travel changes and coordinate with travel agents.

**3. Personal Errands & Household Management**
- Handle grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickups, and delivery coordination.
- Liaise with household staff and service providers (housekeeping, drivers, chefs, etc.).
- Oversee home organization, renovations, and interior design projects.
- Supervise pet care, plant maintenance, and personal service subscriptions.

**4. Communication & Liaison**
- Coordinate social engagements with family, friends, and business associates.
- Handle event invitations, RSVPs, and gift arrangements.

**5. Financial & Administrative Support**
- Manage bill payments, reimbursements, and personal expense tracking.
- Organize and maintain important documents, receipts, and paperwork.
- Assist with personal investments, tax preparations, and liaise with financial advisors.

**6. Health & Wellness Coordination**
- Schedule medical checkups, fitness sessions, and wellness treatments.
- Track prescriptions and health routines.
- Research and arrange personal development activities (courses, coaching, hobbies).

**7. Special Projects & Discretionary Tasks**
- Assist in planning private events, family gatherings, and vacations.
- Research exclusive experiences, luxury gifts, and concierge services.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and travel planning platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
