Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized PA cum Coordinator to support our CEO and facilitate seamless coordination between Plant, Sales, and Clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and capable of managing high-level administrative and operational tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Handle client-facing arrangements, including visit planning and hospitality
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO's office
Multi-Way Coordination
- Act as a bridge between Plant operations, Sales team, and Clients
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across departments
- Liaise with prime vendors for service delivery, documentation, and issue resolution
- Track and report on coordination outcomes using structured formats
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and manage Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Draft professional communications in Hindi and English
- Maintain records of meetings, decisions, and follow-ups
Mobility & Flexibility
- Willingness to travel to plant sites, client offices, and vendor locations as needed
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and urgent requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
