Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

Take meeting minutes and follow up on actionable items.

2. Travel and Event Management:
Make domestic and international travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize travel-related financial and logístical documents.

Coordinate and oversee personal and official events.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
Type, prepare, and collate financial, travel, and other necessary documents.

Document and arrange paperwork systematically.

Prepare reports and presentations as required.

4. Operations Management:
Liaise with office staff to ensure seamless coordination.

Maintain smooth functioning of the CEO's day-to-day work life.

Manage 360-degree correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Financial and Expense Management:
Collate and file expenses with assistance from accountants and chartered accountants.Order and manage office supplies as required.

6. Client and Guest Relations:
Greet and host business clients and guests in the absence of the CEO.

Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and visitors.

7. Health and Wellness Coordination:
Manage the CEO’s health regime, including diet, fitness schedules, and personal trainer coordination.

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable individual who can anticipate needs and ensure the CEO's professional and personal priorities are effectively managed.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
