**Position: - Training and Placement Officer**

**Location: - Pentagon, TOWER-2, opposite to ABS Fitness Club, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028**

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in student placement or career services.
- Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain detailed placement records.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:*
- Build and maintain robust relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners to foster internship and job opportunities for students.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events, both on-campus and virtual, including job fairs, placement drives, and networking sessions.
- Organize resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills workshops to enhance students’ employability.
- Maintain an organized database of students' profiles, placements, and employers for tracking and reporting purposes.
