Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placements Officer located in Pune. The Placements Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, providing career counseling to students, and organizing training sessions to enhance employability skills. The role requires consistent collaboration with the academic and administrative staff to ensure the successful placement of students.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skills in providing Training and Education
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
