
Training And Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs through regular assessments, performance
evaluations, and feedback.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programsboth technical and
behaviouralfor employees across departments.
- Create and maintain an annual training calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, and leadership development
programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to design role-specific learning interventions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to ensure ROI on learning
programs.
- Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and institutes when required.
- Maintain training records, dashboards, and MIS reports for management review.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through workshops, e-learning, and
development initiatives.
- Support HR projects related to employee engagement and career development.Role & responsibilities
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
• 6–7 years of proven experience in corporate training, preferably in the travel or
service industry.
• Strong understanding of learning design, adult learning principles, and training
evaluation methods.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• High energy, creativity, and ability to engage diverse employee groups.
