Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs through regular assessments, performance

evaluations, and feedback.

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programsboth technical and

behaviouralfor employees across departments.

  • Create and maintain an annual training calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, and leadership development

programs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to design role-specific learning interventions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to ensure ROI on learning

programs.

  • Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and institutes when required.
  • Maintain training records, dashboards, and MIS reports for management review.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through workshops, e-learning, and

development initiatives.

  • Support HR projects related to employee engagement and career development.Role & responsibilities

Key Requirements:


• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or

related field.


• 6–7 years of proven experience in corporate training, preferably in the travel or

service industry.


• Strong understanding of learning design, adult learning principles, and training

evaluation methods.


• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).


• High energy, creativity, and ability to engage diverse employee groups.
