We're Hiring – Training Coordinator (Gujarat)

Work Location: Across Gujarat (State-wide Operations)

Reporting Office: Pune

Join us as a Training Coordinator and play a key role in shaping the future of young learners through impactful skill and life-skills training across Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate and monitor training sessions across colleges, skill centers, and partner institutions.


• Ensure effective delivery of employability, soft skills, and domain-specific modules.


• Support trainers with session planning, content understanding, and learner engagement strategies.


• Conduct regular field visits and ensure adherence to training quality standards.


• Track attendance, learner progress, and training outcomes; maintain accurate MIS reports.


• Facilitate pre-placement orientations, assessments, and mock interviews.


• Collaborate with project teams, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.


• Ability to motivate and engage youth in classroom and practical sessions.


• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, PPT).


• Excellent coordination, reporting, and documentation abilities.


• Willingness to travel across Gujarat for training support and monitoring.


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; experience in training, education, or skill development preferred.


• Passion for youth empowerment and social impact.
