Lead Training Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Training Coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training and placement operations.
  • Plan, monitor, and track daily training schedules, attendance, and performance reports.
  • Oversee end-to-end coordination with freelance trainers including onboarding, evaluation, and invoice processing.
  • Drive 100% utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training tools across batches.
  • Conduct regular audits of training and placement documentation to ensure process compliance and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely program delivery.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly and project-specific performance targets.
  • Prepare and present progress and audit reports to management.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in training operations, coordination, or L&D project management.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in managing freelance trainer networks will be an added advantage.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
