Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Executive, located in Pune. The Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating job placements, developing and maintaining relationships with employers, organizing recruitment drives, and ensuring successful placement of students. Daily tasks include providing career counseling, conducting mock interviews, assisting with resume writing, and facilitating communication between students and corporate partners. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work closely with students to match their skills with job opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Job Placements and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Training and Career Counseling
- Ability to support and guide students through their job search process
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with the IT sector and recruitment processes is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
