Position - Freelance Business Development Executive (For Our Recruitment Company)
We are looking for candidate who can look after Generate Leads by tying new IT companies for our recruitment services
Should Have -
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Self-motivated, good convincing skills, and enjoys achieving targets
Comfortable with MSOffice & exposure to Internet marketing
Job Responsibilities:
* Research and acquire new clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, through references, professional networking platforms etc.
- Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
- Prepare business proposals, conduct researches & Finalise it with clients.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service.
- Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
- Update the team on the latest market trends and related country laws and ensure zero violation.
- Prepare monthly business reports.
- Should be ready to travel in Pune & outside Pune (If required)
Mobile SIM, Recharge & Transportation Expenses will be provided.
For company visit transportation charges will be provided.
Kindly Note - As Its a Freelancer Opportunity there will be no salary but a percentage between 6% to 8% will be given for per placement done plus attractive incentives.
