About the Role

Were looking for a talented Agentic AI Developer (Freelance) to join our team and build internal AI agents and bots that autonomously support workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, suggest, and deploy readily available AI tools that address our operational and automation requirements, and plan and execute their implementation effectively.
  • Develop custom AI tools or solutions where existing tools do not meet the projects needs — working independently or collaboratively with the team.
  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution and decision-making.
  • Implement multi-agent communication frameworks for seamless agent-to-agent collaboration.
  • Use Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT or LLaMA for reasoning, planning, and dynamic task management.
  • Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enrich agents with external knowledge sources.
  • Fine-tune foundational models using frameworks like HuggingFace, PEFT, or LoRA.
  • Build efficient, lightweight AI systems optimized for real-time or on-device performance.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on autonomous agents or multi-agent systems
  • Strong Python skills and experience with AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers)
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agentic toolkits (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, RAG systems)
  • Understanding of AI planning techniques, memory systems, or reinforcement learning for adaptive behavior
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment with strong communication skills
