Key Responsibilities:

- **Placement Coordination**:

- Develop and execute placement strategies.
- Organize recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Collaborate with companies for student placements.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Maintain relationships with corporate partners and alumni.
- Facilitate guest lectures and workshops by industry professionals.
- **Training Programs**:

- Organize training sessions and pre-placement activities like mock interviews.
- Identify and address skill gaps.
- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide career counseling and job search strategies.
- Assist with resume writing and interview preparation.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain student profiles and placement records.
- Report on placement progress and statistics.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage placement cell budget.
- Generate placement activity reports for management.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise between students, faculty, and employers.
- Communicate placement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
- **Experience**: Experience in placement, career services, or HR preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong networking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office.

Work Environment:

- Office-based in an educational institution with occasional travel for industry engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
