- Data Management:

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of placement activities.
- Collaboration:

- Coordinate with internal departments to align placement strategies with training programs.
- Work closely with team members to meet placement targets and improve processes.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and job market demands.
- Identify potential growth areas to expand the placement network.

**Key Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience in sourcing job opportunities and engaging with companies.
- Proficiency in maintaining and analyzing placement trackers and reports.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
