**Job Title**: Placement Officer & Student Mobilizer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities : Placement Officer Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong networks with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and nursing homes for job opportunities.
- Guide students in career counseling, CV preparation, and interview techniques.
- Track student placements and maintain placement data and reports.
- Coordinate with employers for feedback and job requirements.
- Conduct pre-placement training and soft skill workshops.

**Mobilizer Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential students through field visits, seminars, community meetings, and social media campaigns.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about course benefits, career scope, and placement support.
- Collect leads from schools, tuition classes, health camps, and local communities.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets for ANM, GNM, and DMLT courses.
- Maintain a student inquiry database and follow up regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions, mobilization, or placement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and Hindi/English/Marathi
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and people-friendly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in student outreach and community engagement.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
