1. **Training Program Coordination**:

- Develop and execute skill development programs, including soft skills, technical skills, and vocational training.
- Work with trainers, external consultants, and industry experts to ensure quality training delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as required.

2. **Placement Activities**:

- Organize placement drives, campus recruitment programs, and internship opportunities.
- Ensure a successful match between job seekers and employers, tracking placement success rates and feedback.

3. **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with academic departments and industry partners to identify skill gaps and ensure industry-relevant training.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on placement activities, success rates, and challenges, providing insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training and placement success.

5. **Industry Awareness**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment strategies, and skill development techniques to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Network with industry professionals and attend conferences to understand market requirements and opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,044.74 per month
