**Job Description**:

- Assist Training & Placement Officer (TPO) for Placements and Internship related activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to create placement opportunities for students.
- Actively engage with employers to explore job opportunities, internships, and partnerships for student placement.
- Provide career counselling, resume building workshops, and interview preparation sessions for students.
- Maintain placement records and provide regular reports on placement metrics, including employment rates and company feedback.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and corporate talks.
- Work closely with faculty and academic teams to align the curriculum with industry needs and employer expectations.
- Regularly follow up with placed students and employers to ensure successful onboarding and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Skills
- Strong interest in interacting with industry as well as other organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
