**Job Description: AM/DM - Sales**

**Industry**: E-Commerce (NBFC Vertical)
**Location**: Noida, Sector-125

**Working Days**: 6 days a week (2 alternate Saturdays off)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Reporting to**: Director - Supply Chain Finance

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Portfolio Development**:

- Develop and grow the supply chain finance portfolio through prospecting and nurturing anchor corporates (enterprises) for invoice discounting and distribution finance products.
- **Sales Funnel Management**:

- Build and scale a robust sales funnel of enterprise clients and ensure client conversions to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Client Onboarding**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding of enterprise clients
- **Customized Financing Solutions**:

- Create tailored supply chain financing solutions for suppliers and anchor corporates to optimize their receivables and payables.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze competitive offerings from other platforms, banks, and NBFCs to develop unique value propositions for clients.
- **Strategic Alliances**:

- Establish strategic partnerships to deliver customized lending solutions.
- **Operational Execution**:

- Oversee the on-ground execution of business plans, including deal finalization, proper documentation, and smooth process implementation.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Experience**:

- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth start-up or new-age fintech organization.
- **Education**:

- Graduation from a reputed institute (Essential).
- MBA from a reputed institute (Desirable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
