Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals in domestic Process.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
- Engaged in managing the AHT as per the standard Sop.
- Manage the team leaders and agents, AHT, KPA, KPI, Attrition, Shrinkage.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Should have experience as AM/DM in domestic voice process.
- Should be having good communication skill.
- Good in excel/Data Making.
- Immediate Joiner.
- Should be flexible to work.
