Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site execution of civil works including structural, finishing, and external development.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedule, cost, and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs for project execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, HSE norms, and project management systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve site-related technical issues.
  • Prepare and review project reports, MIS, DPR, WPR, and progress presentations for management.
  • Manage contracts, work orders, bills, and certification of executed work.
  • Support in procurement planning, material reconciliation, and rate analysis.
  • Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractor teams.
