Medanta Noida is looking for Payroll executive handling below mentioned role & responsibilities-

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately calculating and processing salaries, wages, and benefits for all employees.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including personal information, attendance, and changes in status.
  • Deductions and Benefits: Managing and processing various deductions and benefits, such as taxes, retirement plans, and insurance.
  • Reporting: Preparing and distributing payroll-related reports, tax filings, and other financial documents as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations and data accuracy.
  • Audits and Audits: Assisting in payroll

Preferred candidate profile

Experience- Candidate with healthcare experience will be preferred

Qualification- Graduation Mandatory, MBA will be given preference.
