**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of **Continental dishes** (starters, grills, pastas, sauces, salads, etc.)
- Support Commi 1, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
- **Bring uniqueness and creativity to dishes while following standard recipes**:

- Suggest and contribute ideas for new menu items and specials
- Ensure proper ingredient handling, minimize wastage, and follow portion controls
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Keep workstation, equipment, and storage areas clean

**Requirements**:

- **Immediate joiner required**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in Continental cuisine (Commi 2)
- Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, baking, sauce preparation)
- Ability to balance authenticity with creativity in food preparation
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month** (based on experience)
- Food & accommodation provided (if applicable)
- Staff meals, uniforms, and accomodation provided
