Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes (starters, grills, pastas, sauces, salads, etc.)
  • Support Commi 1, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
  • Bring uniqueness and creativity to dishes while following standard recipes
  • Suggest and contribute ideas for new menu items and specials
  • Ensure proper ingredient handling, minimize wastage, and follow portion controls
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Keep workstation, equipment, and storage areas clean

Requirements:

  • Immediate joiner required
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Candidates residing in or near Whitefield will be given priority
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Continental cuisine (Commi 2)
  • Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, baking, sauce preparation)
  • Ability to balance authenticity with creativity in food preparation
  • Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
