Continental Commis Chef

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Continental Commis Chef to join our team at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in cooking and excellent kitchen management skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Head Chef in planning menus and preparing high-quality dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef or commis chef in a similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
