Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our executive/management team in day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient time management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Organize meetings, take notes, and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Coordinate personal and professional tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs for decision-making.
- Assist with errands, bookings, and general administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional, discreet, and dependable.
- Flexibility to handle varying tasks and occasional after-hours requests.
