Profile - Customer Support

Shift timing are 2:30pm to 11:30pm

Roles and responsibilities:

- Coordinating with clients for all travel related inquires regarding flight, hotels and packages.
- Handle post sales queries.
- Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
- Regularly maintain good relationship with customers.
- Practical working knowledge of GDS is mandatory.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Graduates/undergraduate
- 3+ years of Proven experience as a customer support agent in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, and customer preferences of UK/US market.
- Proficiency in GDS tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills.
