Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for US Debt Collector Agent located in Noida. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers through various communication channels, maintaining a high standard of service, and updating customer records. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications
