Profile: US Customer Service Agent (Voice Process)

**Salary**: INR 30,000-36,000/- per month

Location: Noida Sec 63

Shift: US Shift/ Night Shift

**Job Type**: Full Time (On Site)

Min 6 months experience in International Customer Service.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers via call. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Language Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin) are highly desirable.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Exhibit cultural sensitivity and adaptability when interacting with customers from different regions and backgrounds. Understand cultural nuances to enhance the customer experience and foster positive relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system. Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized support and demonstrating empathy towards their concerns. Proactively gather feedback and identify areas for service enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
