Job Title: Telesales Agent
Overview:
As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers over the phone, and persuading them to purchase our products or services. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, while providing excellent customer service and building rapport with prospects. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a customer-focused approach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage prospects in conversation to identify their needs, answer their questions, and address any objections.
- Persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment with a sales representative.
- Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions to effectively sell to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
