**OPENING FOR THE POSITION OF - CHEF**

Michelangelo was working on a statue for several days and he was taking a long time to retouch every small detail which seemed rather insignificant to a bystander. When asked why he did it, Michelangelo replied, “trifles make perfection, and perfection is no trifles.”

Most of us forget how fast we did a job, but we remember how well it was done. So, excellence comes when the performer takes pride in doing his best. Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it, regardless of what the job is, whether washing cars, cleaning the floor, or painting a house. Internal motivation comes from within, such as pride, sense of achievement, responsibility, and belief.

In the middle of our present approach let us come out with our utmost necessity i.e., we are looking for an experienced Chef. Our initial venture will be the opening of a Sales Outlet spanning 2 floors (approx. 4,000 sq. ft) of Sweets and Snacks.

The diversification is having an aim of opening a few more branches in the city of Kolkata leaving no time to waste. The atmosphere of the Sales Outlet has been contemplated to be one of his kind not only in the part of the decor but also catering items of rarity if not ‘be one in Kolkata.’

The items in the snack’s varieties will be bearing most unique in presence and taste. And ingredients used will be a combination marking absolute newness. A complete floor will be for the snack items to be served out of the pan.

The department of Sweets, we have cultivated our vision to cater newness in presence and taste as far as possible using novel varieties of raw materials sensibly.

We believe that anything that is bought and sold has no value unless it contains the secret, priceless ingredient - that, which cannot be traded easily. What is it? The secret, priceless ingredient of every product is the credibility, honour, and integrity of the one who makes it. It is not so secret but it is priceless. Our approach for this venture will be completely different from others in the same trade. We are looking for an experienced Chef wanting to join our team from a reputed brand of this trade.

Undermentioned story will carry the message that we want to follow:
One day a 10-year-old boy went to an ice cream shop, sat at a table, and asked the waitress, “how much is a full-sized ice cream cone” she said “twenty-five rupees”. The boy started counting the money he had in his hand. Then he asked how much a medium-sized ice cream cone was. The waitress impatiently replied “twenty rupees.” The boy said “I will have a medium-sized ice cream cone”. He had his ice cream, paid the bill, and left. When the waitress came to pick up the empty plate, she was touched. Underneath were 5 rupees note as tip. The little boy had the consideration for the waitress before he ordered his ice cream. He showed sensitivity and caring. He thought of others before himself.

If we all thought like the little boy, we would have a great place to work. Show consideration, courtesy, and politeness. Though selfless shows a caring attitude.
