**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine the Bengali specialty menu, ensuring authenticity and innovation.
- **Food Preparation**: Execute the preparation of Bengali dishes with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, providing guidance and training when necessary.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated on food trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance the Bengali specialty offerings, contributing to the continuous improvement of our menu.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their preferences, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into menu enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef, specializing in Bengali cuisine, with a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Bengali culinary techniques, flavors, and traditional recipes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for delivering memorable culinary experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
