- knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients

- Develop and create new dishes while adhering to the hotel's culinary standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and taste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputable establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Creative flair and passion for developing new and innovative dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
