**Job Qualification**:
A bachelor's degree and master's degree in any discipline with impeccable writing and communication.

**Job Specifications**
- Interact with customers to clearly understand their requirements post sales
- Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with customers upon orders
- Build positive and long-term customer relationships for business growth.
- Escalate and discuss complex customer issues with management for resolutions.
- Work with cross functional teams to address customer requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence when dealing with customers.
- Outbound calls to the prospective customers.
- Product demonstrations to the customers
- Knowledge of Government e Marketplace (GeM) and its compliance, documentation and acquiring business through bidding.
- Maintaining customers records, files and other pertinent documentation
- Communicating with clients about their accounts or services, answering questions, and providing advice and recommendations based on experience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
