We are a consumer tech startup in health, led by a Unicorn founder. Our mission is to enable everyone to live healthier for longer and we are addressing this through our own products and services across multiple areas like fitness, nutrition etc.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between Gabit and its users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and reliable information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, problems, or complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Clearly and concisely communicate solutions, instructions, and information to customers.
- Record customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and solutions in the company's database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for future reference and analysis.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customers.
- Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and relay this information to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
