Customer Relations Executive

The Customer Relations Executive is a pivotal role dedicated to nurturing positive relationships between the company and its customers. This position involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as chatting and calling, to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. By resolving issues promptly and maintaining effective communication, the Customer Relations Executive plays a crucial role in upholding the company's reputation and fostering customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:Multichannel Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers through chatting, calling, and other channels to offer information and assistance.

Skillfully manage customer complaints and concerns, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.

**Issue Resolution**:Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer problems, coordinating with internal departments.

Ensure timely escalation and tracking of customer complaints, while prioritizing efficient resolutions.

**Relationship Management**:Cultivate strong relationships with key customers using personalized chatting and calling approaches.

Actively gather feedback and promptly address concerns to reinforce positive customer connections.

**Product/Service Expertise**:Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products/services, enabling accurate information delivery.

Educate customers about product features and benefits during interactions.

**Data Maintenance**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, spanning both chatting and calling conversations.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent customer communication across all channels.

**Customer Feedback**:Document customer feedback obtained through chatting and calling, contributing to ongoing enhancements.

Play an active role in elevating overall customer satisfaction levels.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
