**Job Brief**

We are looking for an 'Executive - Customer Experience' to provide excellent customer service and delight the customer before and after directing to the right department. A pleasant and well-groomed personality with flair for customer service will excel in the role. A graduation degree is preferable.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will help contributing to the pride of the showroom.

**Job responsibilities**:
You will need to deliver your job through people. So, you must be a people's person and develop assistance to deliver your work.

Welcome, host and manage all customers. Manage waiting lounges.

Manage customer inquiries and direct further to the appropriate person. Provide information regarding promotions if required.

Assist in maintaining efficient relationships with existing customers.

Analyse customer requirement and assist customer to appropriate department and ensure availability of all resources.

Provide exceptional customer services and maintain courtesy and professionalism at all times.

Ability to deal with a variety of different people

Assisting with routine operations and activities of the jewellery store, as well as employees.

Communicate with and handle reports to top management and other store personnel.

Monitoring staff work/behaviour during performing their duties related to customer experience.

Investigate any issues on floor and assist to resolve with management team and working staff.

Ensure and provide seamless shopping experience to customers

Coordinate in organising seasonal or festival events in showroom.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
