**Role Overview**:
As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the vital bridge between our creative team and our valued clients. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, translating creative concepts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Your ability to communicate effectively, plan meticulously, and follow through with unwavering commitment will be crucial to your success.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively understand client goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with our creative strategies.
- Clearly and confidently present and explain creative communication ideas and strategies.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Project Management & Execution**:
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups, and provide detailed reporting.
- **Industry Knowledge & Innovation**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the creative communications industry.
- Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance client solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Effectively coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably within a creative agency or related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Disciplined, honest, hardworking, and a quick learner.
- A passion for creative communication and a desire to deliver outstanding results.
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
