**Client Servicing Executive/ Project Management Executive**

**Job Brief**:
As a Project Management Executive at Snapivite International (P) Ltd, you will be at the forefront of managing projects related to e-invitations and wedding gifting items. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering unique and memorable experiences for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed plans for projects, including timelines and what resources we'll need.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, requirements, and preferences.
- Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the creative team to translate client requirements into creative briefs for e-invitations and wedding gifting items.
- Ensure that the creative output aligns with client expectations and project goals.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including design teams and production staff, based on project requirements and timelines.
- Anticipate and address potential resource constraints to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain consistency and excellence in deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status, timelines, and client communications.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or client servicing executive within the creative or events industry, preferably with a focus on weddings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with design processes and the ability to convey creative concepts to clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
