**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive **Client Relationship Executive, who is not expected to close deals, just spark interest and qualify basic leads.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to small business owners via WhatsApp or short calls
- Introduce our digital marketing services in a clear, conversational way
- Understand the client’s basic needs and pass quality leads to the core sales team
- Maintain daily outreach logs and basic follow-ups
- Share pitch templates, service brochures, or links when needed
- Coordinate with the internal team for warm leads and reporting

**Who You Are**:

- Have decent written and spoken communication in English.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets to track conversations
- Who has a knack for explaining things simply
- Self-motivated, responsible, and good with deadlines
- Prior experience in client communication is a plus (not mandatory)
